When the system is empty, the goal is to be present when slots reappear (cancellations or releases). We do the attempts.

If you qualify for preferential channels or urgent procedures, we explain the official route for your consulate and what evidence actually matters.

Pricing (waiting-list support, 12+ / UK)

Pricing is confirmed before we start based on your case (consulate, urgency, support level). It is generally aligned with our booking support.

Price is for Resinaro’s support only. Consular fees, postage, and official costs are not included.

If slots appear quickly, we move straight to booking. If there are no slots, you stay in the waiting-list flow without confusion.

Official routes worth knowing

Rules vary by consulate. Example: the Consulate of Italy in Manchester publishes preferential channels (over-70s and pregnant women) and an email route for urgent passports with documented reasons. We help you understand if it applies and how to present the case cleanly.

Example (Manchester):

  • Preferential channels: over-70s (Thursday 14:00–15:00) and pregnant women (Monday 14:00–15:00) without appointment.
  • Urgent cases: email with subject “SURNAME FIRST NAME DOB + EMERGENCY PASSPORT” and attachments within size limits; evidence required (health/family, work, study).
  • If Prenot@Mi is empty, overall timelines can be long — avoid booking travel until you have the document in hand.

Note: the example above is public and Manchester-specific; always check your own consulate. The decision remains the Consulate’s only.

Prenot@Mi can show no slots for long periods. We cannot create availability and we cannot guarantee an appointment or passport. We can only set you up correctly and attempt bookings when openings appear.

If you have a genuine emergency, email us with subject “Urgent”: we’ll explain the official route for your consulate (and what evidence is needed). Do not fabricate reasons—it can backfire.
